do i need an account?
YES! Click here to set up your account. With your account you will be able to book classes, purchase class packs, memberships, and further manage your account.
when does the schedule go live?
Our schedule for the following week goes live on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. CST.
what if i NEED TO CANCEL MY CLASS?
Login to your account to cancel your class by 8:00 p.m. the night before the scheduled class or you will be charged a $12 late cancelation fee.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
We require a written 30 days notice sent to our studio email oneridecycle@oneridecycle.com. Be sure to check up on our official terms and conditions about any remaining balances.

how does the waitlist work?
Our system will automatically place you into the class up until 30 minutes prior to the start of class time. You will receive an email notification that you have been added to the class. If you are placed into class and you do not show up or you do not cancel before the scheduled class, you will either lose your class credit or be charged a no show/late cancellation fee.
do you provide shoes and water?
The pedals on our STAGES bikes are compatible with SPD & Delta cleats. If you have your own, we recommend bringing them. If you don’t have your own shoes, we’ve got you! Shoe Rental is $3.00. We sell water at the front desk for $3.00 in case you forget.
Are there any safety precautions due to COVID-19?
The One Ride team is diligent about keeping our studio safe for its members and employees by multiple wipe downs of the studio a day. We use medical grade wipes on all of the bikes and hands weights after each class to ensure cleanliness for each rider. We also are continuously keeping up with the latest guidelines provided by the CDC to help fight the spread of COVID-19.
