These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of ONE RIDE CYCLE website and the purchase of Goods and Services from us. Please read these Conditions carefully before using our website or purchasing any Goods and Services from us. By using our website or purchasing Goods and Services from us, you are agreeing to the following Conditions.

Memberships-

Founders Membership Terms- The initial term of your membership shall be for a period of TWELVE (12) months from this Agreement. After 12 months, it shall continue in effect on a month-to-month basis until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement will only be available for a set period of time.

New Rider Special- Our New Rider Special membership is only offered to clients who have never previously purchased a membership series or package series with One Ride Cycle. The initial terms of the New Rider Special shall be for a period of SIX (6) months. The first month fee of this membership is $99 changing to the standard pricing of a single monthly unlimited in the remaining months of the 6 month Agreement. After 6 months, it shall continue in effect on a month-to-month basis at the standard single monthly unlimited pricing until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Single Monthly Unlimited/Household Unlimited/Family Unlimited- The initial term of your membership shall be for a period of SIX (6) months from this Agreement. After 6 months, it shall continue in effect on a month-to-month basis until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Monthly 4 Pack/Monthly 8 Pack- The initial term of your membership shall be for a period of THREE (3) months from this Agreement. After 3 months, it shall continue in effect on a month-to-month basis until terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Membership Fees- Your first month fee is due upon the execution of this Agreement. All monthly membership fees following are due on the same day of each following month. To collect fees, you must provide One Ride Cycle with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information. Membership fees will be taken out automatically from the information provided each month. By providing us with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information you are consenting to One Ride Cycle automatically withdrawing your fees as they are due each month. Your automatic monthly fee is based on your specific membership. One Ride Cycle reserves the right to change its membership fees at any time during the term of said Agreement. All Membership Agreements are subject to our cancellation and no show policy.

Membership Termination- All Membership Agreements will be carried out for their agreed term in its entirety. In the case that you need to terminate your Membership Agreement before the agreed term is completed you will be responsible for emailing a 30 days’ notice to the studio email. You will also be responsible for paying half of the remaining balance on your Membership Agreement. In the case that you need to terminate your Membership Agreement after your agreed term is completed you will be responsible for emailing a 30 days’ notice to the studio email. A prorated amount will be charged to your account instead of your last month’s full fee.

The following ways are the only exceptions to terminate a Membership Agreement without penalty:

·         Moving locations that is 50 or more miles away from One Ride Cycle (proof of your new address is required)

·         You become pregnant and your Doctor recommends you stop all physical activity due to complications (a Doctor’s note will be required).

·         You obtain a catastrophic injury that prohibits all physical activity (a Doctor’s note will be required).

Packages-

5 Class Pack- The initial term of your Agreement shall be for 60 days. You will have 60 days to use 5 credits (5 classes) before expiration. Your fee for this Agreement is due upon the execution of this Agreement. This Agreement does not include an automatic monthly fee. You must provide One Ride Cycle with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information for the payment of this fee. This Agreement is subject to our cancellation and no show policy.

10 Class Pack- The initial term of your Agreement shall be for 90 days. You will have 90 days to use 10 credits (10 classes) before expiration. Your fee for this Agreement is due upon the execution of this Agreement. This Agreement does not include an automatic monthly fee. You must provide One Ride Cycle with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information for the payment of this fee. This Agreement is subject to our cancellation and no show policy.

Out of Town Packages-

5 Class Pack- The initial term of your Agreement shall be for 90 days. You will have 90 days to use 5 credits (5 classes) before expiration. Your fee for this Agreement is due upon the execution of this Agreement. This Agreement does not include an automatic monthly fee. You must provide One Ride Cycle with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information for the payment of this fee. This Agreement is subject to our cancellation and no show policy.

10 Class Pack- The initial term of your Agreement shall be for 180 days. You will have 180 days to use 10 credits (10 classes) before expiration. Your fee for this Agreement is due upon the execution of this Agreement. This Agreement does not include an automatic monthly fee. You must provide One Ride Cycle with your checking account, debit card, or credit card information for the payment of this fee. This Agreement is subject to our cancellation and no show policy.

Class Cancellation Policy-

In order to cancel a reservation for a class at One Ride Cycle without penalty, you must unreserve your spot in class by 8:00pm the night prior to your scheduled class. For Class Package Agreement holders, if your reservation is canceled by 8:00pm the night prior to your scheduled class, your class credit will be added back to your account. If you cancel your reservation after 8:00pm prior to your scheduled class, you will lose that credit from your package and the class will not be refunded. For Membership Agreement holders, if your reservation is canceled by 8:00pm the night prior to your scheduled class, there will be no late cancellation penalty fee. If you cancel your reservation after 8:00pm the night prior to your scheduled class, this will be considered a “late cancellation” and there will be an automatic $12 penalty fee charged to your account.

The following ways will be accepted in canceling your reservation if it is prior to 8:00pm the night before your scheduled class:

·        Logging into your account and hitting “unreserve” next to the desired class to be canceled.

·        Calling or Texting the studio phone 615-618-8787 to tell a team member you are canceling.

·        Emailing the studio at oneridecycle@oneridecycle.com  to tell a team member you are canceling.

·        Messaging the One Ride Cycle Instagram to tell a team member you are canceling.

The following ways will NOT be accepted in canceling your reservation:

·        Calling or texting the instructor of the class.

·        Messaging the instructor of the class on Instagram, Facebook, any other social media outlets or their personal e-mail.

No Show Policy-

For Class Package Agreement holders, if you do not cancel your scheduled class this will be considered a “No Show” and you will lose that credit from your package. The class will not be refunded. For Membership Agreement holders, if you do not cancel your scheduled class this will be considered a “No Show” and you will be charged an automatic $15 no show penalty fee.

*If you are running late, we ask that you call the studio phone at least 4 minutes before the scheduled class time to let us know you are on the way in order for your bike to not be given to a person on standby. *3 minutes prior to class time, bikes will be given to a walk in client waiting from the waitlist or on standby.

*Class Tardies- If you arrive after the music has started in class, due to safety reasons we cannot allow you into class. The credit will be added back to your account and there will not be a late cancellation or no show fee charged to your account.

Waitlist Policy-

For Class Package Agreement holders and Membership Agreement holders, if you join the waitlist, you should expect to be scheduled into class. The waitlist will pull you into class all the way up until 30 minutes prior to that scheduled class time. If you are pulled into class, you will RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION. If you are unable to make the class, you must call or text the studio phone, email the studio, or message the studio Instagram to let a team member know you will no longer be able to make the class. If you fail to let a team member know that you cannot make the class, our $15 no show penalty will automatically be charged to your account.

Return Policy-

If you want to return any Goods purchased from One Ride Cycle you will have 7 days to make the return to our studio for a full refund if the Goods are not used or damaged.

 Lost/Stolen Items Policy-

One Ride Cycle assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen items inside or outside of our building.

Damages Policy- If a client damages any item, equipment or property of One Ride Cycle it will be the client’s full responsibility to pay for the damages. If the client refuses to do so, this will result in termination of their Agreement.

CORONAVIRUS, COVID-19 POLICY-

By booking a class, purchasing a Class Package Agreement, Membership Agreement, and/or Drop in I am stating that I understand and accept that the Coronavirus, Covid-19, and all variants have been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. I am also stating that I understand and accept all of the risks involving Covid-19 and how contagious the virus is and how it spreads. I am stating that I am aware and accept that I could be exposed to Covid-19 and all its variants before, while partaking, and/or after a class, at One Ride Cycle. I am stating that I understand and accept that the team of One Ride Cycle is following all of the precautions recommended by the CDC in order to keep all clients and staff healthy and safe. Therefore, I am stating that I understand and accept that One Ride Cycle will not be held responsible for any exposure to Covid-19 and all variants. Finally, I am stating that I understand and accept that when booking a class, purchasing a Class Package Agreement, Membership Agreement, and/or Drop In that I am acknowledging the potential risk of receiving Covid-19 and all variants at One Ride Cycle and One Ride Cycle will not be held responsible for any complications due to receiving this virus.
