Our “Cycle Tone & Sculpt” ride is still going to give you that 45 minute full body workout that involves cardiovascular training while spending more time focusing on toning and sculpting those lean muscles. You can expect for more bands, more weights, more burn! Don’t worry- still in that dark room to the beat of the music.
BURN WITH POWER
Our newest class that brings you off the bike and onto the mat. This class integrates techniques from traditional mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, and traditional strength movements. 45 minute circuit based that will challenge your stability, strength, and power. You will walk away from this one feeling more accomplished than ever.
1RD STRONG
1RD Strong is our 45 minute strength training class that is designed to target specific muscle groups. Split into Upper, Lower, and Full Body classes you can expect to utilize dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and other equipment to put your power to the test and elevate your performance, all under the guidance of expert coaching.
