1RD Train is the ultimate blend of strength, skill, and intensity designed to take your fitness to the next level. The class kicks off with a dynamic group warm-up, followed by a skill or strength segment focused on proper technique and building raw power.
The second half of the class is all about the Workout of the Day (WOD)—a time or task-based challenge featuring constantly varied, high-intensity functional movements. Expect a mix of exercises that test your strength, endurance, agility, and drive, all in a fun and supportive group setting.
