Meet Ryleigh.

Ryleigh was born and raised in the Shoals area and carries a deep appreciation for both the town and the people who make it feel like home. A 2017 graduate of Muscle Shoals High School, she went on to earn her Bachelor’s in Biomedical Sciences from Auburn University and completed her Doctorate of Pharmacy in May 2024.

After six years in Auburn, Ryleigh made her way back to the Shoals, ready to pour back into the community that helped shape her. Her passion for connection and service runs deep—and One Ride is just one of the ways she’s showing up for the people around her.

Surprisingly, fitness wasn’t always Ryleigh’s thing. That changed the day a close friend invited her to a spin class. She was immediately hooked—the dark room, the loud music, the energy. What started as a curiosity quickly became a meaningful habit. Spin didn’t just build strength; it fostered commitment, discipline, and personal growth. It helped Ryleigh become the version of herself she had always envisioned—mentally, emotionally, and even physically, through better sleep and stronger relationships.

In Ryleigh’s class, expect a feel-good challenge. She’s all about pushing past perceived limits, proving that hard work and passion can absolutely coexist with joy. She leads with encouragement, and believes fun is non-negotiable. Her mission? To create a space where every rider feels uplifted, empowered, and proud of what they accomplished.
