Burn to the Beat, a full-body workout, focuses on time under tension with specific muscle groups. Using light weight with high repetition, each song you will move to the beat of the music leaving you feeling the ultimate burn.

1RD Strong is a 40 minute strength training class designed to build strength and burn loads of fat through innovative and smart programming. During this full-body workout, you can expect to utilize dumbbells, bands, kettlebells, and other equipment to put your power to the test and elevate your performance, all under the guidance of expert coaching. 1RD Strong is meant for all fitness and experience levels.
