Meet Noah.

Noah is proud to call Rogersville, AL—better known as “God’s Country”—home. A graduate of Lauderdale County High School, Noah played nearly every sport offered, which sparked his lifelong passion for fitness and movement.

Though an Auburn fan at heart, Noah chose to stay close to the Shoals for college, allowing him to spend time back home helping on the family farm. Florence has been home since 2015, when he began his journey at the University of North Alabama (UNA). Since then, Noah has earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Exercise Science, and he’s currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion with plans to graduate in 2024. For the past three years, Noah has served as a graduate assistant for UNA Recreation, where he oversees fitness and facility operations.

Noah’s entire life—through sports, education, and career—has revolved around fitness. His passion for health and wellness is matched by his extensive knowledge and commitment to helping others succeed in their goals.

Expect Noah’s classes to be challenging, motivating, and packed with energy. As a lifelong student of exercise, he loves sharing what he knows. We can’t promise you’ll leave his class smarter—but you will definitely leave stronger (and maybe a little wobbly)!

Get To Know Noah

Why do you love the Shoals?

“Great question! Simply put, the shoals is home. Anytime a community feels like family, settle down and stay awhile.”

Where would we find you on the weekends?

“Hmm…. Lets dive in. The farm, the creek, the golf course, building fences, or school (hopefully not).”

What is one thing I would never guess about you?

“I am the retired CFO of a snake removal company called Rausch Reptile Removal. Will still catch and relocate your snakes for $40.”
