Meet Morgan M.
Morgan grew up in the small town, Waterloo, AL. Throughout high school she was always a multi sport athlete and has loved the atmosphere that the bond of a team gives through competitiveness and accountability.
After graduating high school in 2012, she lost touch with exercise. She noticed that she became more stressed and more on edge. She knew that exercise was her stress reliever but couldn’t find something to fulfill that team experience and bond. It took her a while and a lot of searching but she finally found her way back and it was in that dark little spin room. Once she found spin, it was game over for her… she never looked back! Her favorite thing about being on the bike is being able to let go of everything in that moment and just be free!
Morgan is an amazing hairstylist here in The Shoals and she is currently opening up her own business! She’s married to Jeremy and they have 3 beautiful children Alex, Race, and Beckham.
In Morgan’s class you can expect some choreography with attitude behind it! She wants her riders to feel their absolute best self on that bike while just being free in the moment!

Why do you love the shoals?
“The Shoals happens to be my hometown and it’s been such a wonderful blessing to grow up here and experience all the beautiful things it has to offer. I love the close knit community The Shoals gives and I’m excited to grow closer to this community.”
What are you doing when you aren’t teaching?
“If i’m not on the podium, I’ll be slinging hair! I absolutely love being a hairstylist and making women feel beautiful!”
What do you love most about riding?
“I love the energy riding gives me! When the adrenaline pumps through me, I feel unstoppable! I also love to encourage others. I love riding in that dark room and pushing the rider next to me to keep going.”
