Meet Morgan.

Morgan is an Alabama Native. She grew up in the small town, Red Bay and traveled across the state throughout her college years. By Night Morgan is a cycling instructor, but by day she is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She received her BS in Biology from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The University of South Alabama. Morgan has practiced physical therapy in The Shoals area for 5 years. She now is the co-owner of her own Physical Therapy Clinic called ReNew Physical Therapy and Performance located here in The Shoals.

Morgan is a former athlete who played basketball during high school all the way through college. This athletic drive is what lead her to a cycling class. She had been searching for that team feeling and for something to spark that feeling of pushing herself again. Well, she found it all with cycling. She loves how clipping in gives her that same adrenaline rush she used to feel before every single game.

In Morgans class, you will hear it all! She loves everything from Country to DMX. In her class, even though you are on the bike alone it will feel as if you are a part of a team. She will push you to the max while standing beside you and rooting you on until the end. By the end of her class, the entire room is working as one. She can’t wait to be your coach!

Get to Know Morgan

Why do you love the Shoals?

“The small town feel yet big town vibes! But, my favorite part of The Shoals is the water. Living this close to the lake has always been a dream.”

What do you love most about riding?

“Being a former athlete, clipping in gives me that same rush of emotions I used to feel before every single game. I know that for 45 minutes I’m about to be pushed to my limits but that I will be stronger by the end of it. “

When you aren’t teaching, where can I find you?

“At ReNew Physical Therapy! I’m the co-owner of a Physical Therapy Clinic in The Shoals… so, when I’m not teaching spin, I’m rehabbing my patients.”

What’s your favorite choreography?

“TRIOS ALL DAY!”
