Meet Meagan.
Originally from Tennessee, Meagan found her way to The Shoals in 2005 and quickly made it home. A 2010 graduate of Wilson High School, she’s currently pursuing a degree in Special Education as part of a rewarding career shift. Meagan is married to the love of her life, and together they’re raising their two wonderful children in Trinity, Alabama.
For years, Meagan wanted to be involved in fitness but never quite felt like she “fit in”—until a friend literally dragged her to a spin class at One Ride Cycle. That one class changed everything. She immediately connected with the energy, the intensity, and most importantly, the sense of belonging. It was the mental shift that made the biggest impact—and she's never looked back.
In Meagan’s class, expect the unexpected. Her playlists are as diverse as her energy—rap, hip hop, rock, EDM—nothing’s off the table. She brings high vibes, big challenges, and tons of intentionality. Her goal? To have you leave class feeling empowered, confident, and ready to celebrate the work you’ve put in—because you’ve earned it.
