Meet Hannah

Hannah is a Shoals native from the small town of Lexington. She graduated from Lexington in 2012 where she played volleyball obsessively. Being a part of a State Championship team, along with multiple state appearances under her belt, she went on to play college volleyball.

Volleyball was her passion until a knee injury set her back & forced her to quit playing. Faced with no longer playing the team sport she loved so fiercely she decided to major in Exercise Science at the University of North Alabama to continue a career that gave her the same love for fitness & fellowship. She went on to get certified as an occupational therapy assistant, worked as the Assistant General Manager at Crunch Fitness & started a business, Hayes Creative, where she created content & managed social media accounts for small businesses.

Her career continued to stem around the fitness industry but she kept searching for something that gave her the same feeling volleyball did. She never found that feeling until spin. The music, the team atmosphere & the feeling she gets after crushing some trios took her right back to how she felt in a volleyball game. She is motivated to show up and be her best self when she is surrounded by others clipping in to do the same. It’s not only about the physical benefits of spin but the mental & emotional ones that keep her coming back for more.

When Hannah isn’t clipping in or managing the studio you can find her with her husband & three boys Brody, Liam & Callan. Her favorite title is Mom!
