Meet Hannah
Hannah is a Shoals native, born and raised in the small town of Lexington. A 2012 graduate of Lexington High School, she was a dedicated volleyball player with a passion that carried her to a State Championship and multiple state tournament appearances—eventually earning her a spot on a college volleyball team.
Volleyball was her world until a knee injury abruptly ended her playing career. Faced with the loss of the sport she loved, Hannah chose a new path that would keep her close to fitness and community. She earned a degree in Exercise Science from the University of North Alabama and later became a certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Her professional journey continued to evolve as she stepped into the role of Assistant General Manager at Crunch Fitness and launched Hayes Creative, a business focused on content creation and social media management for small businesses.
Though her career remained centered around fitness, Hannah kept searching for something that gave her the same fire and fulfillment volleyball once did. She finally found it in spin. The music, the team atmosphere, the intensity of the dark room—it all brought her right back to the feeling of being on the court. For Hannah, spin is more than a workout; it’s a space for mental clarity, emotional release, and personal growth.
Now, whether she’s riding alongside her team or managing the studio, Hannah shows up with full energy and heart, inspired by the people clipping in beside her. She believes in the power of the ride—not just for the body, but for the mind and soul.
When she’s not at the studio, Hannah is soaking up life with her husband and their three boys: Brody, Liam, and Callan. Of all her roles, her favorite title is Mom.
