Meet Cass.

Cass is the OWNER and FOUNDER of One Ride Cycle.

Her journey began in the classroom as a 5th grade teacher, where her passion for teaching first took root. But it was in movement—in fitness—that she discovered something deeper. Exercise became her sanctuary, the one time of day her mind truly quieted. No stress, no distractions—just presence. That peace changed everything. In that moment, Cass knew she wanted to use her gift for teaching to help others find that same inner stillness and strength.

So, in 2018, she made a bold move—leaving behind the security of a salaried career to pursue her calling. She became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and quickly found her heart in cycling. With a background in dance, the rhythm and intensity of cycling felt like home. For Cass, it's not just about physical fitness—it's a mind, body, and soul journey.

Her classes are designed to take you to your edge, challenging you in ways that make you realize just how powerful you truly are. Through her unique blend of inspiration and intensity, Cass helps you push past mental and physical limits—all while dancing on a bike.

Expect a soundtrack that keeps you energized and guessing—from high-energy EDM to timeless Classic Rock. But more than anything, expect to leave stronger, more confident, and more in tune with yourself. Cass is deeply committed to investing in others, and she can’t wait to be your biggest supporter on the ride.
