Meet Caroline.

Caroline is our hometown girl from The Shoals, and she’s proud of it. A graduate of Muscle Shoals High School and Northwest Shoals Community College, she loves the strong sense of community that small-town living brings.

After high school, Caroline lost touch with fitness—but a few years later she found her way back. That’s when she discovered spin, and everything changed. What started as a workout quickly became a life-changing outlet. Spin made her feel strong, empowered, and capable of anything. Those 45 minutes in the dark room became her escape, a space where she could grow both physically and mentally. It’s her reset—and her gratitude for that runs deep.

Starting as a rider, Caroline quickly knew she wanted more. When One Ride opened, she jumped at the chance to be a part of something bigger. Her goal? To help others feel what spin has given her. She started training and, from day one, was a natural on the podium.

When she’s not on the bike, Caroline is loving life as a mom to her sweet baby girl, Willow, and wife to her partner, Blake. She also works as a nurse in the nursery at Helen Keller Hospital—so yes, spin and taking care of babies really are her thing!

In Caroline’s class, you can expect a little bit of everything—Taylor Swift, rap, country—and some sneaky speed work mixed with fun taps and presses. She brings the energy, the heart, and the encouragement you didn’t know you needed.

Get ready—Caroline can’t wait to cheer you on!
