Meet Caroline.
Caroline is our girl from The Shoals. She absolutely loves the small town feel. She went to Muscle Shoals High School and graduated college from Northwest Shoals Community College.
After high school, she completely lost touch with fitness. But, about 4 years ago, she started getting back into the routine. That’s when she found spin and it completely changed her outlook on fitness all together. She instantly fell in love. Spin makes her feel like she can accomplish anything. Those 45 minutes in that dark room has helped her grow not only physically but mentally every single class. It has become her escape and for that she is forever grateful.
Starting as a rider, she knew she wanted more. When One Ride opened, she knew this was her chance. She wanted to give back to help others feel the way she has felt because of spin. She started training and was instantly a natural.
When she’s not teaching, she’s being a Momma to her sweet baby girl Willow and Fiance to Blake. She is also a nurse at Helen Keller Hospital in the nursery. Spin and taking care of babies is kinda her thing!
In Caroline’s class you might hear anything from T. Swift, to rap, to country. She’s sneaky with speed and loves a good tap and press! She can’t wait to cheer you on!
