How to Book
Our schedule goes live for the week every Sunday at 5:00 p.m. CST. To book a bike you must have an active membership or paid credits in your account. When you pick your class, you will enter the spin room where you can chose your bike.
No Shows
If you do not show up for your schedule class, class packages will lose the credit and unlimited members will automatically be charged a $15 dollar no show fee.
Waitlist
If a class you want to book is already full, we encourage you to join the waitlist! If a bike in that class opens, you will automatically be placed in the class and will receive an email notification. The waitlist will place you in the class all the way up until 30 minutes before the scheduled class time. If you are placed into the class and do not show up, the same no show fee will apply.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, no worries! If you cancel your class before 8:00 p.m. the night before the schedule time, there will be no charge. If you cancel after 8:00 p.m., class packages will lose the credit and unlimited members will automatically be charged a $12 dollar late cancellation fee.
