Meet AB.
A Tennessee native, Anna Beth (AB for short) has deep roots in the Shoals area. Growing up she spent many days at the home of her grandparents in Muscle Shoals, and liked the area so much she completed her degree at UNA in 2016. A self-described snacks lover and couch potato until 2019, she is living proof that even the most reluctant person can change their life with a little hustle and commitment to physical activity.
Discontent with her weight, energy level, and state of mind AB began taking baby steps into fitness seeking better health and emotional wellness. What she discovered was a ‘next level’ version of herself…not just changed physically but transformed mentally into someone better and stronger…capable of more than she ever thought possible! Making exercise and training part of her daily routine improved her life and outlook so dramatically she is eager to help others who may be beginning the same journey. She knows first hand the mental roadblocks we often place before ourselves on our path to ultimate wellness, and she is passionate about helping others overcome those hurdles and become the ‘next level’ BEST versions of themselves.
When not pursuing her passion for fitness, she can be found serving the Wayne County Board of Education in administration and is also a high school cheerleading coach. She is also an avid traveler and lover of all things Disney.
