Meet Addison.

Addison grew up in the Shoals and is a proud graduate of Brooks High School. From an early age, she developed a love for movement through competitive dance, which taught her rhythm and beat—skills that would serve her well throughout her athletic career. In high school, Addison became a state champion cheerleader and a state runner-up in track and field.

Her passion for cheer continued at the University of North Alabama, where she cheered while earning her degree in Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical Populations.

After cheerleading, Addison found herself missing the team environment she had been a part of for 14 years. While she still loved fitness, she felt something was missing—until she discovered cycling. One Ride gave Addison more than just a workout; it gave her a community that felt like home.

Today, Addison is passionate about creating that same sense of belonging for others. In her classes, no one gets left behind. You’ll find high-energy playlists with killer remixes, an encouraging atmosphere, and the motivation to walk out feeling unstoppable!
