Addison grew up around the Shoals and graduated from Brooks High School. She grew up with a passion for competitive dance which helped her learn rhythm and beat. In high school she became a state champion in cheerleading and state runner up in track and field. She continued her cheerleading career at the University of North Alabama where she cheered and studied Exercise Science with a concentration in Clinical Populations.

After cheerleading, Addison was no longer on a team which she had been on for the last 14 years. She loved exercise and fitness but felt lost not getting to enjoy it with teammates. That’s when she discovered cycling. One Ride gave Addison a place where she felt like she had people to support and love her just like her teammates. One Ride gave her a home.

Addison is very passionate about not leaving anyone behind and strives to create a space where you feel supported not only by her but the people beside you. In her class you will hear some sick remixes and walk out ready to conquer the world!
